Abstract

1.Feel the vibrations of chanting ‘Aa, U, Ma & Aum-Kara’.
2.‘Aa-kara’ chanting gives massage to abdominal muscles.
3.‘U-Kara’ chanting gives massage to chest and upper region.
4.‘Ma-Kara’ chanting gives massage to facial region.
5.‘Aum-Kara’ chanting energizes entire system.
6.Energy flows upward from the root of spine to mind & entire body.
7.Let’s attune to deep silence.
8.Merge into Deep Ocean of silence.
9.Learn yoga way of life and carry bits of Prashanti (our campus) with you.
10.As lotus is in water though remains untouched by water, be in action with silence inside.
