Abstract

.Friends…selfishness creep in over long period of time.
.We are enjoying and suffering the pairs of opposites in this world.
.Five sheaths of our existence are Annamaya Kosa (body), Pranayama Kosa (life), Manomaya Kosa (mind), Vijnanmaya Kosa (intellect) & Anandmaya Kosa (pleasure).Death starts with fall of body. It is first sheath of our existence.
.It is made up of five elements, viz. water, air, space, fire & earth.
.Such elements are found in macro cosmos i.e. universe as well as micro cosmos i.e. body.
.Second sheath, life in the form of air comes out of body.
.Third sheath, mind looses senses namely touch, taste, vision, smell & sound.
.Fourth sheath, intellect stops observation, collection of data, categorization, induction and passing judgment.
.Fifth sheath is pleasures. Physical, psychic & intellectual pleasures disappear with all above sheath.
.Beyond all five sheaths of existence we reach eternal bliss or transcendental state called ‘Moksha’. Let’s be self-realized for benefits of others.
