Abstract

In all the four streams of Yoga there is a unity. When we understand that unity then there wont be any confusion. Otherwise some people say Jnana Yoga is the highest and the rest are used only for preparation. Some people say that Bhakti Yoga is the highest and all others are of no use. For the great contribution of Swami Vivekananda has been to tell us that all these streams of Yoga can independently lead us to the goal, the same goal. What is the goal? The goal is called Moksha !!
