Abstract
1.In Indian, there is bewildering diversity.
2.There is no single prophet, god or book. Where as in western model there is unity.
3.The underlying unity in Indian culture is God or reality.
4.The laws governing whole creation is called ‘sanatan dharma.’
5.Creation, sustenance and destruction is trifold law of universe is the ever changing dimension.
6.Moving towards reality is goal of life.
7.Raj Yoga (path of will), Karma Yoga (action), Bhakti Yoga (devotion) and Jnana Yoga (knowledge) leads to Moksha.
8.Eligibility to do any yoga is being curious, business, ill or learned person.
9.Tamasic (lethargic) person go down. Rajasic (go getter) stabilizes at middle level. Whereas Satvic (godly) person go up.
10.Let’s contemplate on these thoughts. Let’s meditate with beautiful smile.
