Abstract

.We have god within us.
.All of us are manifestation of consciousness.
.There is spectrum of living beings with different levels of consciousness viz. plants, animals, human beings and god.
.Everything is equally important.
.Compassion, self-control, sharing and caring are Satvic (divine) qualities.
.We share only when we care.
.All of us are combination of Rajas (go-getter), Tamas (lethargic) and Satva (divinity) qualities.
.Choose any path of Yoga to move from Tamas to Rajas and Rajas to Satva.
.Practice of Japa can also lead us towards Moksha.
.Let’s think on these ideas.
