Abstract

1.What binds us in unity as a single culture? i.e. God.
2.In ever changing dimension of life, there is something which remains unchanged.
3.That is reality or pure consciousness.
4.Moving towards ultimate reality is goal of life.
5.The paths of will (Raj Yoga), action (Karma Yoga), emotions (Bhakti Yoga) and intellect (Jnana Yoga) lead to Moksha.
6.Eligibility criterion to perform and Yoga is control over inner or external senses, calmness of mind and faith.
7.Make a resolve, ‘I am going to change.’
8.Recognize divine virtues and demonic vices within you.
9.Increase divine virtues by attaching to peace and love to purify ourselves.
10.Let’s contemplate on these thoughts. Let’s meditate with beautiful smile.


Dr. H.R.Nagendra(Guruji),ME,PhD
Vice-chancellor of S-VYASA With his PhD in Mechanical Engineering, he was a NASA research assosiate and consultant at Harvard University before his interests turned to full-time involvement in human engineering and the search for ultimate Reality. His life mission is the scientific exploration of the subtle aspects of consciousness through yoga.He has 30 research papers in Engineering and 60 in Yoga.He has written more than 30 books on yoga.
