Abstract

1.Suprabhatam, Sushwagatam (Good morning & welcome)…
2.What is that unity which binds us all as a grand single culture?
3.We call it god. Modern scientist calls it reality or pure consciousness.
4.It is like seeing clay in varieties of pots.
5.All objects are made up of packets of energy.
6.What we see outside is civilization. What we see inside is culture.
7.Our ancient scriptures created set of laws of whole creation. It is called ‘Sanatan Dharma’.
8.Creation, Sustenance and destruction are trifold law of universe.
9.We all have inbuilt tendency to seek more happiness, freedom and bliss called Moksha.
10.Knowledge and practice of Yoga help to reach Moksha. Let’s contemplate on these thoughts and meditate with beautiful smile.

Vice-chancellor of S-VYASA With his PhD in Mechanical Engineering, he was a NASA research assosiate and consultant at Harvard University before his interests turned to full-time involvement in human engineering and the search for ultimate Reality. His life mission is the scientific exploration of the subtle aspects of consciousness through yoga.He has 30 research papers in Engineering and 60 in Yoga.He has written more than 30 books on yoga.
