Abstract

1.We must learn to celebrate differences.
2.In India, we see bewildering diversity. There is no single god or prophet.
3.In Western countries, uniformity can be seen. There is single god or prophet.
4.God is unity behind diversity in Indian culture.
5.Civilization is what we have. Culture is what we are.
6.Our culture is highly developed one with diversities as a manifestation of creativity.
7.It is called ‘Sanatan Dharma’ (secular religion).
8.Lord Sri Ram respected mother, father and guest as god and subordinated to religion.
9.Mercy, self-control and selfless service are base of religion.
10.Creation-sustenance and destruction is trifold law of universe and is the ever changing dimension of reality. Let’s contemplate on these thoughts.

 

Dr. H. R. Nagendra(Guruji),ME,PhD
Vice-chancellor of S-VYASA With his PhD in Mechanical Engineering, he was a NASA research assosiate and consultant at Harvard University before his interests turned to full-time involvement in human engineering and the search for ultimate Reality. His life mission is the scientific exploration of the subtle aspects of consciousness through yoga.He has 30 research papers in Engineering and 60 in Yoga.He has written more than 30 books on yoga.
