Abstract

1.Welcome to you all to Maitri Milan session.
2.Sanskrit language is perfect. It has subtle vibrations affecting mind which cure neurological disorders.
3.Chanting Bhagavad Geeta is part of Yoga.
4.All information which makes person good is called Samskriti(culture).
5.Mind is very difficult to control. It is restless like wind.
6.It is difficult but not impossible. Discipline and let go helps to control mind.
7.Introvert person uses Bhakti and Jnana Yoga. Whereas extravert person uses Karma and Raj yoga to attain peace.
8.Discipline in practice of meditation is Raj Yoga. Discipline in day to day activities is Karma Yoga.
9.Questioning unhappiness and being peaceful in Jnana Yoga. It is knowledge which makes better person and takes towards peace of mind.
10.Using our emotions to get peace is Bhakti Yoga.
