Abstract

1.Suprabhatam (Good morning)
2.What is purpose of life? To realize our self.
3.A person with right perspective progresses without stress.
4.Yoga is mastery over mind. It is being one with Universal Consciousness.
5.On due surrender, ‘I’ vanishes you become one with divine.
6.We all have common surname ‘Sachhidananda’.
7.It means existence, consciousness and bliss is our original state.
8.The go getters or achievers (hyper active) are prone to heart diseases.
9.As per Karma Yoga in Bhagavad Gita, duty consciousness, non-attachment and blissful state help to overcome stress and heart diseases.
10.Motivation to work is love for all rather than intense desire or hatred.

Dean,Division of Yoga and Life Sciences combines her medical knowledge with her deep knowledge and experience of yoga as the head of the 250-beds residental yoga therapy Health Home at VYASA. She has established yoga therapy protocols for astama,diabetes,hypertension,heart disease,digestive track problems,and cancer.She has published nearly 50 research papers and 20 books on yoga.She is renowned for her Yoga programs in Radio and Television channels.
