Abstract
1.Suprabhatam, Sushwagatam (Good morning & welcome) to Maitri Milan session.
2.A foreigner finds bewildering diversity in India in terms number of gods, scriptures and religions.
3.On the other hand, in western country there is single god, religion and scripture.
4.Like gold is common in all different jewelry, in India, we have underlying unity in diversity. That unity god or reality.
5.Civilization is ‘what we have’. Culture is ‘what we are’. Civilization is our outer behavior whereas culture is our inner behavior.
6.Our ancient science is called ‘Sanatan Dharma’ (universal religion). It has trifold law called creation, sustenance & destruction.
7.Everything is changing except consciousness. It is our original form.
8.Goal of life is to manifest that divinity because we all seek happiness and avoid sufferings.
9.Bhagavad Geeta teaches theory of yoga to practice and attain Moksha.
10.Moksha is silence and silence is infinite bliss, power, freedom & knowledge. Let’s spread the fragrance of bliss around.

at Harvard University before his interests turned to full-time involvement in human engineering and the search
for ultimate Reality. His life mission is the scientific exploration of the subtle aspects of consciousness
through yoga.He has 30 research papers in Engineering and 60 in Yoga.He has written more than 30 books on yoga.
