Abstract

1.Relax your whole body & tune to beautiful atmosphere of morning.
2.See god in every common man.
3.Show compassion to poor and down trodden people.
4.There are many great persons who helps others forgetting once own problem.
5.God loves people who serve others.
6.It is simplest way to come out of Tamas (lethargy).
7.All violence happens out of impulses of Tamasic nature.
8.Rajasic (hyper active) person acts out of expectations and lot of ego.
9.Satvic (Godly) person is selfless and takes minimum things from society.
10.Lets move from Tamas to Rajas and Rajas to Satva.
