Abstract

1.Relax your whole body.
2.We are basically expansive in nature.
3.Expand yourself beyond this hall, land, earth and see Milky Way of galaxy and infinite space.
4.On behalf of Prashanti Kutiram, I welcome all new participants who have joined yesterday.
5.Prashanti Kutiram is abode of peace. It was founded by Late Lakshmi Aunty.
6.This place gave a miraculous cure to one patient of leprosy before it was founded.
7.Here we have vibrations of effortless meditations.
8.Prayers work, blessings come down.
9.Prayer is something felt from heart and coming from eyes.
10.Silence is golden, most peaceful movements and being comfortable with oneself.
