Abstract
1.Relax you legs, abdominal and chest. Keep mild smile on your face. Gently close your eyes and enjoy beautiful atmosphere of this morning.
2.Chant and feel the vibrations of ‘aa’, ‘uu’ ‘ma’ ‘Aum kara’. Merge into Deep Ocean of silence.
3.Feel the subtle vibrations of Om Kara. Dissolve your mind, body and heart into Aum Kara.
4.Yama and Niyama (disciplines and principles) are the basic foundation of the yogic life.
5.Yamas are set of don’ts. There are five Yamas.
6.i. Ahimsa: Not to hurt by thoughts, speech or deeds ii. Truth: Not to cheat iii. Astheya: Not to steal iv.Brahmacharya: Not to indulge v. Aparigraha: not to accumulate unnecessary things.
7.There five sets of Niyamas.
8.I. Souch: purity internal and external ii. Santosh: contentment iii. Tapas: Learning to devote iv. Swadyaya:Self-study IV. Ishwar Paridhan: Surrender to god.
9.Surrender to god means be happy in whatever is given by god, whether thrones or flowers. It leads to acceptance, expansion of consciousness and great healing power by strengthening immune system.
10.Acceptance of self, others and situations reduces misery. Devotees believe in will of divine behind every happening. Let’s pray for well-being of the entire divinity.
