Abstract

.Suprabhatam, Sushwagatam (Good morning and welcome)…
.By work or worship or psychic control or philosophy or all of this be free.
.It means that be free by Karma Yoga or Bhakti Yoga or Raja Yoga or Jnana Yoga. All paths of yoga lead to same goal, Moksha.
.Moksha is overcoming cycle of birth and death. It is freedom from all tensions, diseases and bondages.
.Emotional bondages come from ego, anger, jealousy and infatuation.
.Memory loss takes place. When intellect is reduced, we are equivalent to animal.
.Knowledge breaks all bondages and gives freedom.
.It is manifestation of divinity. Each soul is potentially divine.
.Ego is condensation, whereas yoga is expansion. Ego is speed whereas yoga is slow down of mind.
.Charity, sacrifice, service and control over external senses defuses ego. Intensity of desire to be free, self-cleansing and self-realization can give Moksha. Let’s contemplate on these thoughts and meditate.
