Abstract

1.Suprabhatam, Sushwagatam……(good morning and welcome)
2.Each soul is potentially divine. That divinity is manifested by controlling external and internal nature whether psychic, physical, intellectual or emotional ways. Be Free.
3.Bhakti yoga is best for loving person. Jnana Yoga is for brilliant person. Raj Yoga is for person with will power. Karma Yoga is the best for good worker.
4.There is underlying unity in all streams of Yoga i.e. Moksha. It is common goal for all streams of Yoga.
5.With practice of any of the Yoga, a normal man becomes great and great becomes divine.
6.When ego is reduced; jealousy, anger and lust also comes down.
7.There is bewildering diversity in our country regarding religions, temples, houses and dresses we wear.
8.It has a common thread called God, reality, Moksha, Nirvarana.
9.There is no birth no death. Our original form is beyond time and space.
10.It is Moksha – the eternal bliss. Let’s contemplate on these thoughts and meditate with beautiful smile.

Vice-chancellor of S-VYASA With his PhD in Mechanical Engineering, he was a NASA research assosiate and consultant at Harvard University before his interests turned to full-time involvement in human engineering and the search for ultimate Reality. His life mission is the scientific exploration of the subtle aspects of consciousness through yoga.He has 30 research papers in Engineering and 60 in Yoga.He has written more than 30 books on yoga.
