Abstract

1.Suprabhatam, Sushwagatam (Good morning and welcome)………
2.Raja Yoga is path of will power to attain Moksha.
3.We need to calm down our mind by reducing lust, greed, anger, infatuation, etc.
4.We have to increase virtues like love, forgiveness, detachment and pity.
5.Bhakti yoga leads to divine appearance of god and thereby Moksha.
6.In first chapter of Bhagavad Geeta, Arjuna was in biggest conflict between duty and ethical norms. Krishna convinces him
with knowledge of Yoga.
7.Yoga is way of life.
8.By detaching from fruits of action we can get infinite, power, knowledge and bliss (the state of Moksha)
9.In diversity of all streams of Yoga, there is unity and i.e. a common goal Moksha.
10.Moksha is freedom from all tensions and bondages.

Vice-chancellor of S-VYASA With his PhD in Mechanical Engineering, he was a NASA research assosiate and consultant at Harvard University before his interests turned to full-time involvement in human engineering and the search for ultimate Reality. His life mission is the scientific exploration of the subtle aspects of consciousness through yoga.He has 30 research papers in Engineering and 60 in Yoga.He has written more than 30 books on yoga.
