For perceiving Prana you must have enough sensitivity. For example the heartbeat is going on, the breathing is going on, but we are not aware of it. So if you just give your palm and put your mind onto that then you can feel the heartbeat. You can put the thumb you can feel the pulse. So without putting this without putting the palm here can we feel the heartbeat, can you feel the pulse? If yes your sensitivity has grown. Therefore we have to systematically develop the sensitivity, feel that are going on in the body, in the mind, in the emotions, in the intellect. And as you start doing this, as the sensitivity increases then you are able to perceive the Prana. This is what we do in our Pranic Energization Technique, PET. PET is a technique in which you are able to sense the Jnana and once you sense the Jnana then the next step is to feel the imbalances, the right side and the left side, top and the bottom. Can we recognize those imbalances? Then you are in the right path. Then how to modulate that, how to overcome the imbalances. Can you bring the balance. That is the whole dimension. Fortunately today we have our occugraph equipment by which you can measure, you can measure which side of the body is having more prana, which side is less, whether it is the top or the bottom or the right or the left and how to bring the balance, the in and the yang, the ida and the pingala, surya and the chandra, we can measure. And that is in the Pranamaya Kosa and by bringing the balance the second dimension of the pranayama is achieved. One is slowing of the breath is one essence, the second is the balancing of the breath. The PET is the course which systematically trains you to develop the sensitivity, feel the prana, operate the prana, bring the balance and remove the blocks and push the prana wherever you want and modulation and mastery over the movement of prana is what is being planned and achieved in the PET, Pranic Energization Technique and advanced technique that we have developed. What is the use of that? Then you can use that prana shakti to modulate your immune system. For example in cancer there is a immune compression or there is the suppression of the immune system with respect to the cancer cells. Therefore the immune system doesn’t take care of the cancer cells. Therefore the cancer cells will grow and will form a tumor and will cause all the problem. Supposing you strengthen the immune system then it can just gobble up all the cancer cells. What do we do in Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy? We use the external radiation, the power of the radiation, the energy of the radiation or the chemical process in the Chemotherapy and kill those cancer cells. In the process you also start killing the immune system. And the root cause of the disease is not removed, they will only give a symptomatic relief. Therefore cancer again comes back, secondaries shoot up and we have been confirmed that once a cancer ever a cancer and the days are numbered in your cancer. Therefore what is the way. Best way is to strengthen your immune system, systematically and that’s what we can do by using the prana shakti. Using the prana shakti you will be able to work on that. Therefore the Pet is used and developed as a technique essentially to deal with our cancer. So the different Chakras are safety valves which I told you and these are in the Pranamaya Kosa.
