Abstract

1.Welcome to all of you in Maitri Milan session.
2.What is ‘Prana’?
3.We know about body i.e. Annamaya Kosa. We know mind is Manomaya Kosa.
4.There is energy in body measured in terms calories of input or output.
5.That energy is called ‘Prana’ or life force.
6.What is ‘Pranayama’?
7.Any activity can be done by less or large amount of Prana.
8.Health means spending less prana for any activity.
9.Therefore, Pranayama means slow breathing or respiration which reduces consumption of Prana.
10.Slow breathing slow downs mind, reduces anger and makes you better person. It takes you towards deeper level of ‘Samadhi’ i.e. state of infinite bliss.
