Abstract

1.Raj yoga is path of discipline or will power to attain peace of mind.
2.Peace of mind is our basic nature, we need to rediscover it.
3.Yoga way of life is path between extremes.
4.Yoga is having balanced food i.e. neither over eating nor fasting.
5.Heavy (Tamasic) food makes you drowsy. Hot and oily food is Rajasic.
6.Balanced (Satvic) food is light to digest and right in quantity.
7.Right amount of sleep is that which gives rest to tired body.
8.Work or activity should give us freedom from body level.
9.Half hour of walk is required everyday to reduce joint pains.
10.Yoga takes us at deeper level where mind becomes calm and we are one with consciousness. Consciousness is itself happiness.
