Abstract

1.Suprabhatam (Good morning)…..
2.Nature behaves in disciplined manner.
3.Birds chirping in morning, shapes of leaves on tree and moving of ants, etc. everything in nature is disciplined.
4.A child behaves in discipline way about cry for food, wake up or sleep.
5.We are disciplined by our nature.
6.When discipline comes from within it remains for long.
7.Best help for us come from within.
8.We are our good friends.
9.Happiness does not come from suffering. Don’t hurt anyone.
10.Tapas (austerity) is not making oneself to suffer. It is for bringing out hidden talent within you or manifestation of divinity.
