Abstract

1. First step in Karma Yoga is to recognize three Gunas (qualities).
2. Satva (Godliness), Rajas (go-getter attitude) and Tamas (lethargic) are our basic qualities.
3. Sharing, compassion and self-control are religious or Satvic dimensions.
4. Freedom is making choice among to do or not to do or do it differently. Make a Satvic choice to do good action.
5. You have right to perform action.
6. You don’t have right to get result that you want.
7. There are unknown laws in performance of action.
8. You may get more than what you have expected or zero result. We get excited in success or depressed in failure.
9. Maintain equanimity in success or failure. Do well and good to others.
10. Let’s contemplate on these thoughts. Let’s meditate with beautiful smile.

Vice-chancellor of S-VYASA With his PhD in Mechanical Engineering, he was a NASA research assosiate and consultant at Harvard University before his interests turned to full-time involvement in human engineering and the search for ultimate Reality.
