Abstract
1.Raj Yoga is path of will power.
2.It is eight limbed yoga. It has direct and indirect control over mind.
3.There are two dimensions of Raj Yoga : speeding up mind by concentration and calm down mind by meditation.
4.Raj yoga helps to come out of worrying loop.
5.Practice inner silence whenever you get opportunities.
6.Mind is restless like wind. It is possible to control mind.
7.Yama and Niyama are set of don’t and do’s to control mind.
8.Non-violence, non-possessiveness, non-lying, non-stealing & no free sex are Yama (set of don’ts).
9.Satisfaction, austerity, self-control and surrender to god are Niyama.
10.Let’s see other limbs of Raj Yoga tomorrow. Let’s meditate with beautiful smile and spread fragrance of love.
