Abstract
.Friends…We are here to be a yogi.
.Yogi can face and solve any problems with calmness and equanimity.
.Life is full of pairs of opposite’s events like ups and downs, success and failures, heat and cold, appointment and disappointments.
.Be equanimous with such pairs of opposites.
.Ask who, why, how and what for knowing core truth of our existence.
.Move from transient things to permanent things.
.Yoga is exemplified by Lord Rama who wasn’t perturbed from exile to forest.
.Yoga is dexterity, efficiency and perfection in solving problems.
