Abstract
1.Silence is golden. Merge in deep silence.
2.Enjoy silence. Chanting ‘Aa- kara’ reduces nervousness. Chanting ‘U kara’ gives love and harmony.
3.Chanting ‘Ma-kara’ gives vibrations to face and relaxes.
4.Thus ‘Aum-kara’ chanting gives vibrations to entire system.
5.We hardly use 5 to 10% of our brain.
6.Brain cells are activated by going into deep silence.
7.How long I can sit in silence and be comfortable with myself?
8.Raj Yoga is mastery over mind.
9.Slowly and steadily, we are learning to keep our mind silent.
10.Let’s make resolve to move from untruth to truth, darkness to light, and mortality to immortality.
