Abstract
1.Suprabhatam, Sushwagatam…………(good morning and welcome)
2.All four paths of yoga leads to same goal called Moksha i.e. infinite knowledge, power, freedom and bliss.
3.Raja Yoga is path of will power. It is name given to Patanjali Yoga Sutras.
4.Education system increase speed of mind by fast learning.
5.Health hazards have increased due to Rajasic (hyper active) way of life. Asthma patients take 23.5 breaths per minutes.
6.Yoga is control over mind by reducing the speed of mind through reducing breaths per minutes.
7.Raja Yoga is eight limbed yoga. Those are Yama, Niyama, Asanas, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dhyana, Dharana and Samadhi.
8.Bahirang Yoga or indirect control over mind is gained by discipline, principles based on values, asana, Pranayama and detachment.
9.Antrang yoga or direct control over mind is gained by effortless meditation, focusing and defocusing.
10.Finally, subjects, object and process are merged and we reach Samadhi. Let’s contemplate on these thoughts and meditate with beautiful smile.
