Abstract
1.‘Yukta Vihara’ means enough relaxation.
2.There are three types of relaxation; wakeful relaxation, non-wakeful relaxation and conscious relaxation.
3.Wakeful relaxation is relaxing while being awake. Non-wakeful relaxation is sleep. Sleeping is necessary for growth.
4.7-8 hours of sleep is scientifically recommended. More than 8 hours of sleep reduces creativity and it is harmful.
5.Conscious relaxation is yoga. It reduces stress as shown by many research studies.
6.Don’t convert anxiety and depression into sleep.
7.‘Yukta chestasu karmasu’ means we also need to keep ourselves enough active. Empty mind is devils workshop.Be active.
8.Like different orchestra played together in rhythm makes music, activity brings mind and body in harmony.Walking is one of best exercise.
9.‘Yukta Swapna Avabodhasya’. Dream should not pile up suppression. Waking up should be spontaneous with less gap between sleep and wakeful state.
10.Nothing is wrong in this world. It is how you attach with the world. Let’s be free from body. That is whole essence of life given by Lord Krishna.
