Abstract
.Suprabhatam, Sushwagatam………….(Good morning and welcome)
.After focus, when we defocus mind and effortlessly concentrate it is Dhyana.
.We all need a unique god /goddess / ideal or role model to learn fast.
.When we recall god, we get those qualities.
.Dhyana (concentration) has single thought, slowness, wakefulness, effortlessness, expansiveness and lightness.
.Japa (repeating prayers) is the easy tool for Dhyana. Japa is turned to slow Japa and then ajapa i.e. silence.
.Tamas (lethargy) has frozen speed whereas Dhyana is slow down or low speed.
.Mind has its facets namely intellect, memory and ego.
.Like a quantum jump, mind jumps from Dharana to Dhyana and Dhyana to Samadhi.
.Samadhi is the stage of fragrance of bliss, knowledge with deeper perception and power with greater creativity. Let’s contemplate on these thoughts and meditate with smile.
