Abstract
.Suprabhatam, Sushwagatam……(good morning and welcome)
.In modern science, the knowledge is condensed in formulas like E = mc2.
.All matter can be converted into energy or it requires some amount of energy to make a matter.
.Similarly, Patanjali Sutras gives knowledge in Samadhi Pada, Sadhana Pada, Kevalya Pada, and Vibhooti Pada.
.There are direct and indirect controls over mind.
.When you go in front of ocean, you are lost in expansive beauty of nature.
.That expansiveness is Samadhi.
.We have greatest power within us. We can’t unfold it due to uncontrolled mind.
.Like sun is cover by clouds, our power inside is covered by ego.
.Calm down the mind. Slow down the speed of thoughts. Slow breathing rate slows down the mind and divinity is manifested.
