Abstract
1.Suprabhatam, Sushwagatam……(good morning and welcome)
2.Yoga referred to Patanjali Yoga Sutra. Swami Vivekananda has expanded vision of Yoga and encompassed all streams of Yoga.
3.Yoga helps to focus the mind and expand the vision.
4.It is to get mastery over the mind.
5.There are two aspects to learn nature. One is outside in mysteries of nature.
6.Other way is to learn inside.
7.Pranayama is to slow down the mind.
8.‘Pratyahara’ is to restrict our senses from rushing towards the objects.
9.Samadhi is merging with vacuum of cosmic world.
10.Let’s contemplate on these thoughts.
