Abstract
1.Suprabhatam, Sushwagatam (Good morning and welcome)……….
2.Raj yoga is name given to Patanjali Yoga. It is path of will power.
3.By meditation we can go to higher levels of consciousness called as ‘Samadhi’.
4.Samadhi is last stage of all yoga.
5.It is getting back to original state of us.
6.It is state of infinite silence, absolute purity and bliss.
7.Yogi is a person who practices yoga.
8.We continuously transform ourselves from animal level to normal human being and to super human nature.
9.Forgiveness, love, peace and mercy help us to reach ‘Moksha’.
10.Whereas, Karma Yoga is performing action in form of duty to the best of our ability. It detachment to work and result and working like a devotee.
