Abstract

By now we are familiar that there are 4 streams of Yoga; Jnana Yoga, Raja Yoga, Karma Yoga and Bhakti Yoga. And we know that Srimad Bhagavadgita, the verses we are chanting now is the textual erference for the four streams of Yoga. For any path we take, for any new knowledge we gain we feel the source which will give us right information. But can be written in the form of textual reference or it can be experiential information that can be given by persons who have already done that particular job or who have already gained that particular knowledge. Both is important !!
