Abstract

1.Suprabhatam (Good morning)…Welcome to fraternity or brotherhood meets.
2.Yoga is making someone totally healthy i.e. physically, mentally, socially and spiritually.
3.Yoga is mastery over mind by slowing down treatment.
4.Bhakti yoga is path love. Love is slow emotions.
5.Even devotional songs can cure Asthma attacks.
6.When you get lost in tune of devotional music, you slow down mind.
7.Yoga is personification of joy, creativity and equanimity.
8.Lord Krishna is universal consciousness.
9.Feel oneness with divinity.
10.Spread the fragrance of divine love.

Dean,Division of Yoga and Life Sciences combines her medical knowledge with her deep knowledge and experience of yoga as the head of the 250-beds residental yoga therapy Health Home at VYASA.
