Abstract

.On behalf of Prashanti Kutiram, I welcome you all.
.Life is like battle ground sometimes in which we make choice among flight or fight.
.Will power, devotion and practice are required to reach higher levels of consciousness.
.There is conflict between ‘shreyas’ (good for health) and ‘presyas’ (pleasant) things. What is pleasant may not be good.
.Where there is a will, there is a way.
.Austerity or penance helps to do good thing.
.Pranayama, fasting, early wake up, etc. are Tapas (penance).
.Self-study by introspection turns us towards right direction.
