Abstract

1.Feel the subtle vibrations of ‘Om’ all over the body and mind.
2.See the vibrations going into Deep Ocean of silence like river.
3.Purpose of yoga is to attain silence.
4.How to carry on silence in city life? Carry part of Prashanti with you.
5.Lotus rises up as water level rises. Similarly, silence can be maintained through yoga way of life.
6.Resolve to maintain silence in all action.
7.That is why we recite mantras / prayers.
8.Mother eagle just pushes baby eagle out of nest. They learn to fly out of self-defense.
9.All knowledge comes from silence. Let’s learn to maintain inner silence.
10.Make two compartments of mind; inner compartment for silence and external compartment for active thoughts. Such life itself becomes prayer.
