Abstract
1.Suprabhatam, Sushwagatam (Good morning and welcome)
2.Every action can be converted into yoga to be free from into yoga to be free from bondages, stress, tensions and diseases.
3.First, you need to recognize three Gunas; Rajas (hyper active), Tamas (lethargic) & Satva (godliness).
4.Rajasic person is selfish. ‘Everything for me’ is Rajasic dimension of our personality. Thus they suffer from diseases, tensions & stress.
5.Satvic person has dimensions like charity, compassion and self control.
6.We need to move from Tamas to Rajas and Rajas to Satva to attain Moksha.
7.In Satva, a person gets conflict between one duty or value with other duty or value.
8.Conflicts are resolved by tuning to non-action while performing duty. Non-action is attuning to inner relaxation or silence.
9.Our childhood is characterized by such non-action. It requires observing space and non-moving objects.
10.Finally, cleansing of phobias has to be done then silence will be deep. Lets contemplate on these thoughts meditate with beautiful smile.
