Abstract

.Relax your whole body & feel silence.
.Action without thinking and out of impulse is Tamasic (lethargic) in nature.
.Tamas at mental level is ignorance, insensitiveness and impulsiveness.
.Fear, boredom and anger make our life short.
.Tamasic activities like alcoholism, smoking and drug addiction are injurious for health.
.Yoga is right spending energy in slow manner.
.Reading, listening to music, walking and yoga helps to use unspent energy.
.We can slow down our mind by chanting mantras like ‘Aum’.
.We move from gross to subtle level by moving from Tamas (lethargy) & Rajas (hyper active) to Satvic (godliness).
.We can be more and more Satvic by slow down mind or expanding vision.
