Abstract

.Suprabhatam, Sushwagatam (good morning and welcome)…
.Rajasic (go-getter) Guna has speed of mind causing life style diseases like tension, migraine, spondylitis, heart attacks, etc.
.Education system promotes speed of mind. Faster reading and memorizing have increased Rajasic life style.
.Satvic (godly) life reduces all such diseases. It has calmness of mind known as third dimension of mind or transcendental state.
.Satvic lifestyle has love, compassion, service and selflessness. It is based on charity, mercy and self-control. However, Satvic person faces conflict like truth vs. other truth, truth Vs non-violence and one duty vs. other duty.
.These conflicts are resolved in Karma Yoga in Bhagavad Geeta, Upanishads, Ten Commandments and Manu Smruti.
.Result is not in your hand due to unknown laws. Therefore, maintain equanimity when result comes. Maintain calmness and inner silence from start to end of an activity.
.Correct your trajectory at every movement. That means be aware whether you are excited or depressed. Be calm and silent.
.Add smile to that silence and maintain such blissful awareness throughout your activity.
.Let’s transform from Satva to equanimity, equanimity to relaxed way and relaxed way to smiley way of action. That is Yoga way of life. Let’s contemplate on these thoughts and meditate with beautiful smile.
