Abstract
.Tamasic (lethargic) life style has resistance to action.
.In Rajasic (go-getters) life style, there is rush for sense pleasure. It has high speed of mind.
.In Satvic (godly) life style, we not only care for our family but also for surrounding people. There is calmness of mind and magnanimous way of life.
.Rajasic life style of speed and greed ends with life style diseases like heart attacks, hyper tension, spondylitis, anxiety, etc. Yoga is remedy to those.
.Satvic person suffers from conflict between duty towards family and duty towards nation and truth or non-violence.
.These conflicts are solved by Karma Yoga life style. “You have right to perform action and no right for result of action” said by Lord Krishna. Why?
.There are some unknown laws between start and end of action.
.You have freedom to choose between good and bad action. Even good action may not get good result.
.Result is not certain. Don’t get excited in success or depressed in failure. Maintain equanimity or balance.
.Freedom to be excited or calm is exercised at the time of result. Team is recognized for success. Let’s contemplate on these thoughts and meditate with beautiful smile.
