Abstract
.Friends……Actions are of two types; voluntary and involuntary actions.
.Eating, sitting, sleeping, working, standing, etc. are voluntary actions.
.Breathing and pulsating are involuntary actions. Our body remains in actions.
.Voluntary actions are of three categories i. Karma (sincere work) ii. Akarma (lethargy or non-doing) iii. Vikarma(mischievous action).
.Karma is either with or without expectation. When it is performed without any expectations it is called KarmaYoga.
.Akarma is non-doing.
.Vikarma is escapist or unritual or mischievous way of doing things.
.Let’s be righteous.
.Karma yoga is performed for others. It makes action effortless and spontaneous. A tree, a cow and river are involuntarily useful to society.
.It is final stage of Karma Yoga, when life is offering to society all actions become effortless and involuntary.Let’s meditate on smiling face of Lord Krishna..
