Abstract

1.Friends……To be a yogi, we need to do yoga in every day to day action.
2.If you love others then you are human being.
3.Karma is an action. Every action can be divine, loving, unselfish, noble and elevating.
4.Such actions are Karma Yoga. In modern age, it is called professional ethics.
5.We have bondages towards our family which helps us to be useful.
6.Each work requires different skill, efficiency and readiness to serve.
7.A good professional is highly resourceful and less dependent on tools.
8.Karma yoga is concentration of mind. You are engrossed in it.
9.Good persons take least from society and give more.
10.Highest Karma yoga is spontaneous action for social welfare. Let’s be useful to society and meditate on smiling face of Lord Krishna.

Prof K Subramanyam PhD
Dean, Division of Yoga and Humanities, has a specialization in English Literature (American and lndo-Anglian as optionals) and Philosophy (Gandhian Philosophy - optional). He is presently the Honorary Adviser, Vivekananda College, Tiruvekadam, Madurai District. He has been a Member, NAAC peer team. He has authored 14 books on various topics including books on Education. He has presented and published a large number of papers on socially relevant and spiritual topics. He is a prolific speaker with an ability to weave magic with his words, with a capacity to talk to people at all levels.
