Abstract
.Suprabhatam, Sushwagatam (Good morning and welcome)……
.All four streams of yoga leads to same goal i.e. Moksha. It is absolute freedom from diseases, tensions and stresses. It is freedom bondages of emotions, intellect and body.
.Yoga helps us to move from physical body to spiritual body.
.In Karma Yoga, we convert all our action into yoga. Sitting, eating, working, drinking, sleeping, etc. all actions can be converted into a Yoga way life.
.We need to recognize three Gunas (qualities) namely Tamas (lethargic), Rajas (Hyper Active) and Satva (Godliness).
.We shall make a strong resolve to change our Guna from Tamas to Rajas and Rajas to Satva. We change ourselves for our family and nation.
.We shall increase our positive virtues like love, compassion, mercy, charity and service. Why? To free ourselves from diseases like diabetes, asthma, hypertension, etc.
.Even Satvic person gets conflicts between one and the other duty. He faces conflict between one ethical norm and other like non-violence or duty towards nation.
.We resolve conflict by selecting duty with surrender and ‘Akarma’ (non-action). Non-action is grounding ourselves into deep silence and performs all actions.
.This whole essence of Karma Yoga, raising the knowledge to a level and do all action in non-action. Let’s contemplate on these thoughts and meditate with beautiful smile.
