Abstract
1.Friends…..Yoga is disciplined Karma (action).
2.Karma has two meaning justice of religion and action.
3.Karma is governed by spiritual law, cosmic law and judicial laws. All laws come under natural laws.
4.In Ramayana, we have obedient younger brothers namely Bharat, Shatrughan and Laxman since elder one Rama was most disciplined person.
5.Disciplined person gets obedience of others.
6.Yogi finds equanimity in hot or cold climate, sufferings or happiness and palace or forest.
7.Similarly, in Mahabharata all four young brothers were obedient to elder Yudhishtir for his wisdom.
8.In Bhagavad, Krishna was obedient to Balram. He is an ideal Karma yogi.
9.Lord Krishna was excellent student and most disciplined person.
10.Let’s imbibe the spirit of obedience, discipline, Karma and Yoga. Let’s meditate on smiling face of lord Krishna.
