Abstract
.Suprabhatam (good morning)…welcome to Maitri Milan session.
.Whole life is nothing but the Karma (work). Wind does not say, ‘I am blowing’. Tree does not say, ‘I am giving fruits.’ It is only human who says, ’I am doing’.
.Even in child does not say ‘I am doing.’ I is absent in child. Later on ‘I’ comes, it so much grounded that it creates problem. Great ones never own fruits of action.
.Fruits or results of action belong to the world or action itself. Our contribution to an action is very small.
.India is land of spiritualism. It teaches that you are not responsible for the action. Drop ‘I’ or ego and surrender yourself to divinity. It is whole divinity which makes us.
.Some people, gets into non-doing saying that what the use is if they are not owning fruits of action. Such ‘non-doing’ brings depression and becomes detrimental to health.
.Action and rest are complementary rather than rejecting each other. If action comes from silence it is yoga. Wind blows, flowers shines and ocean makes waves naturally or spontaneously.
.But more of our actions are reaction or response. Some prohibited or bad actions called ‘vikarma’ also become reactions.
.Vikarma is split within yourself: one says, ‘do it’ and other says ‘don’t do it’. It is clash or conflict with oneself. Such conflicts bring psychosomatic ailments.
.Choose either Karma (action) or Akarma (non-action) and don’t choose Vikarma (reaction). Such reactions reduce harmony within us. Let’s regain that harmony.
