Abstract
1.Friends…Depression in Bay of Bengal might bring rain in Bangalore and Chennai, storm or cyclone somewhere, heavy wind and loominess.
2.Similarly, depression in mind percolates in the body and we have ulcer, hypertension, blood pressure and giant pain.
3.Why depression causes diseases?
4.Depression is due to lack of knowledge. Ignorance brings fear of loss of respect, money and health.
5.How to drive away fear? Faith in god or belief in fate can drive away fear.
6.Belief in destiny is called Karma Theory. We can defy our fate with devotion and love to god, knowledge and will power.
7.Regretful psychology causes depression. To avoid regrets, see advantage in everything and believe grace of god like baby trust mother.
8.Whole world is illusion or dream. The entire world is stage. We are actors or spectators or witness to the stage.
9.All these are various ways to overcome depression.
10.Be strong at physical, intellectual and spiritual level. Truth, devotion and Yoga make us strong and remove depression. Let’s now meditate on Yogeshwara, Shri Krishna.
