Abstract
1.Suprabhatam, Sushwagatam (Good morning and welcome)…
2.Every action that we do can be converted into Yoga. Eating, sitting, sleeping, drinking, excreting, bathing, etc. can be Yoga.
3.Karma Yoga gives absolute freedom. It is freedom from all tensions, miseries and diseases.
4.Karma Yoga helps us to go beyond Panch kosa.
5.Such higher dimensions of life are given in epics like Ramayana and Mahabharata. Those depict Satvic characters at their extremes.
6.How to convert every action into Yoga?
7.An action when combined with non-action becomes Karma Yoga.
8.Non-action is grounding ourselves to inner silence and performing action as duty.
9.Non-action is inner silence and relaxation. We can do, undo and also perform impossible task.
10.It is doing everything with smile on the face or inner joy. Let’s contemplate on these thoughts. We can observe that thoughts are coming and going from inner silence.
