Abstract

.Suprabhatam, Sushwagatam……(good morning and welcome)
.Beyond our body which keeps changing, we have ‘atman’ (soul). It never changes.
.We make a strong resolves to increase virtues and reduce vices.
.Kama (lust) transforms to ‘prema’ (love) and surrender.
.Every action, working, sitting, dreaming, eating and sleeping can be converted into Karma Yoga.
.We transform from Tamas (lethargic) to Rajas (Go getters) to Satva (godliness).
.Satva way of action is right wire way rather than by hook or crook.
.Everything I will get, I will like to share. That is Satvic (godly) dimension of action.
.Satva contains compassion and giving nature. Even Satvic people get conflicts between duty and ethical norms or one value with other.
.Those conflicts are reduced by being tuning to inner silence, blissful awareness and infinite knowledge. That is stage of Moksha. Let’s contemplate on these thoughts and meditate with beautiful smile.
