Abstract
.First we need to understand our Gunas (qualities): Rajas (go-getter attitude), Tamas (lethargy) and Satva (godliness).
.Then we need to reduce Tamas by Rajas and we need to moderate Rajas by Satva.
.At Satva level, there are conflicts between one duty and other duty.
.To resolve conflicts we need to recognize non-action and reduce attachments.
.Non action is inner silence and relaxation.
.We have right to do good action but result is not in our hands.
.There are uncertain laws which affect result to our action.
.Don't be excited at success and depressed at failure.
.Karma Yoga is to maintain equanimity and balance.
.Necessary condition for Karma Yoga is good action and sufficient condition is equanimity. Let's contemplate on these thoughts and meditate with smile.
