Abstract
.Karma Yoga does not require special time to practice it. Why?
.Karma Yoga is to convert every action into Yoga to attain Moksha.
.First we need to understand our Gunas (qualities): Rajas, Tamas and Satva.
.Tamas is lethargy, dullness and drowsiness.
.Rajas is dynamism, sharpness, selfishness and energy.
.Satva is love, sharpness, self-control, giving and service.
.Ideal society can be built on renunciation and service.
.At Satva level, there are conflicts between one duty and other duty.
.We resolve the conflicts and move to Gunatith Sthithi (equanimity).
.Let's contemplate on these thoughts and meditate with smile.
