Abstract

.Karma Yoga uses good action to reach state of infinite bliss.
.It is our real home.
.How to convert every action into Yoga?
.We all are made up of three Gunas: Tamas, Rajas and Satva.
.Tamas is laziness and drowsiness.
.Rajas is selfishness, dynamism and go-getter attitude.
.Satva is godliness and selflessness.
.Shatter Tamas with Rajas and moderate Rajas with Satva.
.Satva is featured by pleasure of sacrifice, giving and service. Satva elevates us.
.Let’s contemplate on these thoughts and meditate with smile.
